Jason was very helpful, friendly and polite. Very good service from the them all.

One of my tyres needed changing urgently - very
urgently - very worn on one edge. They did it for me the very next day. Excellent treatment and explanations, and all completed on time and as promised. I noted how hard the all seemed to be working even at 5.00pm!
However, a week later I'm still awaiting the invoice by email! But I have my till receipt anyway! So I,m happy

I use Buckley Protyre because I receive efficient service for both cars and motorcycles and good value.

Protyre Westbury were very helpful in fixing a flat tyre while I waited. They also fixed at my suggestion a dropped engine splash shield. And on the strength of the tread in the rear tyres they suggested when I should return to have the tyres replaced. Thank you

Had single rear tyre replaced. Couple of minor issues:-

1. I was not contacted to tell me job was complete, despite being told I would be contacted when I dropped the vehicle off in the morning.

2. The spare was not properly secured in the boot - threaded retaining screw was not put in place.

Good reliable service, very helpful , everything explained well ,reasonable costs.

Straight forward, to the point.

I have been using this garage for all my vehicle needs for over 20 years and I am sad to have to leave this review. I stress that the entire booking process and front desk experience was faultless as always.

The day prior to the MoT I had my headlight bulb changed and checked for aim as I knew the bulb was dimming. To my surprise the car failed the MoT citing headlight aim being incorrect.

I was gobsmacked as this was the only major fault. I took the car back to the garage that fitted the bulb and their MoT testing rig showed the headlight aim to be perfect.

Protyre were able to retest on the same day and it seemed I was issued a pass certificate in minutes without the MoT tester moving my car back onto the test rig. He didn't seem very pleased. Read into that what you will. I have his name and I did think about reporting him but refrained as the other staff have always been very professional.

I will request another tester for future MoTs and if none are available I will have to use another garage.
